Broccoli, eggs and spinach
Tomato, sausage and bacon,
Fish, pasta and cucumber
Apples, bananas and melon.

Bread, milk and butter,
Cheese and turkey too,
Orange juice and beans
Make you run to the loo.

Runner, lima and baked
Are all types of beans,
All these help to keep
Healthy your liver and spleen.

Ham, chicken, turkey,
Lamb, beef or pork,
They all can go
With a nice big york’

But remember
To eat a balanced diet
But if you do not
Your insides will be like a riot.
