LOVE

Five minutes ago Penny Filmore had been a bored
lifeguard,now she was a hero in the back of an
ambulance.That is,a hero if Mark Farrell lived.
It all started when the words Shark!Shark! had brought her out of the People Magazine trance. She
quickly commandeered a nearby jet ski as she yelled
"Surf Police!" leaving its stunned owner on the beach reading People.
As she approached the victim she realized it was yet another cute boy who was trying to get her attention.
Angry,Penny started to speak,when she saw a real shark."Hey jerk,climb on there's a real shark.But unfortunatly for mark he was one leg too
late.
So now they were in an ambulance racing to save his life.Mark opened his semiglazed eyes and spoke,"Penny,I just wanted to meet you,I love you."Then he passed out.
This guy was special, thought Penny. After all
she got most of her dates from guys that said things like,"Hey lifeguard how about some mouth
to mouth at my place."
This felt different,was this the "love" she had
read about in "Cosmo"?
She sure hoped so.After all she had all the feelings she had read about in the Cosmo,"Could this be love?" quiz.
