How could you?
How could you trade
us for them?
How dare you force me
to leave?

I want to stay,
the shouts,
the fights,
the tears,
are my proof.

I hate you for this,
this selfish act
with no consideration
towards us.

All this pain you brought,
will never leave
never close our new gap
between us.

How dare you do this?
What gives you the courage
to strip my life away
like meat off a bone.

I can't stand you,
your over self-confidence
the way you stare at me
telling me to give in.

Why couldn't I stay?
What makes you so much greater?
Why would you exceed
where others would fail?

You can't answer me
can you?
Not in the way
I need you to.

I'll never forgive you
of what you willingly did.
Why am I suddenly a mere shadow
in comparison to Her?

So as I can see
you've replaced me.
I'm in second place,
how dare you deny it?

I don't want your touch,
I don't want your care.
Every time I look at you,
I wonder what went wrong.

You can love a person
but not like them...at all
I may love you
but I hate you just the same.
