Why do I love being an RA?

Why do I love being an RA let me count the ways:
1) At first I was a little timid but not anymore,
I have learned to stand up and stand out on my floor.
2) Greeks I would not have given a shot,
But because of this job I like them a lot.
3) The Phi Sigma Sigma’s don’t play around,
They made my job easier by getting rid of the unruly off their ground.
4) Being woken up at 3 in the morning to deal with a roommate spat isn’t fun,
My patience was tested and has grown through that situation.
5) My staff is the best one to have we laugh, joke and are open with one another,
We tease and play like sister and brother.
6) Even though there are crazy nights like that of the hurricane,
Where we ran across a tree in the stairwell and people acting insane.
7) Or when 12 a.m. there is a drunken guy sprawled outside your door,
And he is so big that it takes 5-6 people to carry him off the floor.
8) These times though in the moment may seem nerve-racking,
But they make for good stories that become side-cracking.
-Even through the hard times this job’s not bad at all,
I love my job yes I do I can’t wait till next fall!!!
