a classic suicide note
My death my truest lover be
My ebb`ed breath my gift to her
A sparkling pearl of innocence
Be her most welcomed gift to me
And strolling by the lake shall we
As true as love mine ought to be
And as the sun is laid to rest
Indulge in common pleasantries
Her gentle fingers brush my face
Her sultry voice does call to me
And swim we shall, yes, and forever
Revel in this great endeavor
When kiss she does my paling lips
Her radiant beauty do I see
A ling’ring moment, never ending
To my love go I ascending
Stairway lined with stars ablaze
My love and I climb higher still
Higher, higher, spirits raise
My love, my death, my strength, my will
My soul, my farce, my shame, my song
My tune of tunes forever be
Ne’er take away my love so strong
Ne’er let my lover leaveth me
When sinks the flesh but floats the soul
Then death my truest lover be
