There are two versions of this book. I currently have both the Torah version and the secular version "The Jewish Guide to Therapeutic Writing" and am waiting for the frum version "A Torah Guide to Therapeutic Writing." Both are written by Yocheved Rottenberg, CJF with Inspiration by Chaya Hinda Allen. I will be using the Torah version for these entries.
Hi, I am proofreading this month's Blogging Bliss newsletter and just finished your amazing post. I wouldn't change anything except to put it in paragraphs, to make it easier to read!
Besides that I want to say finding your blog again and seeing your back writing gives me inspiration.
I checked your blog a bit ago I you didn't have a new post. Figured you were so busy with the move and learning how to be Frum, might not come back. That was sad that me because you seemed like a nice person and I was interested in the conversion of a "goy" (non-Jewish person!) to Frum.
Sharing your experience and here your personal journeys to where you are now,is a Mitzvah in the moment for me.
I've had a tragic life and some of your situation, I've also gone through. I'm having a rough time with healing from ulcers and not sure about my faith either.
I pray 🙏 you keep on your path and it turns out well for you.
Zei Guzent 🔯 be safe and well.
