2025 Dear me letter.

Dear Me,

Yes, me! I know you can do whatever you set your mind to do. Stop making excuses! Make like Nike and just do it!

"Do what?". you said.

Don't you know all of those things you said you wanted to do in 2025? Let me remind you.

The main thing you had wanted to do was to start taking better care of yourself. You have to do this for you and everyone you care for. If you don't take care of you, then you won't be able to take care of anyone else, not even the animals. You have to make yourself a priority too.

You know there are several things you need to start doing to accomplish this. You need to pay better attention to your personal hygiene habits. You know which ones I am talking about. You need to take much better care of your teeth and skin. You have been very fortunate so far as you have aged well. By taking better care of yourself hopefully this trend will continue.

You also need to pay special attention to your diet and what you are putting into your body. Stop being so careless. What is most convenient is not what is always best for you. If you need to, start making healthier options more convenient for yourself so you will make better decisions. It certainly wouldn't hurt to drink more water too.

Make time for exercise. It will do your entire body some good. Even if it doesn't feel good at the moment, know that in the long run it should make you feel better.

I noticed you have gotten a little slack in your prayer journaling. This is important to you. Please, make necessary changes and get yourself together already. Prayer journaling is not that hard. Really.

You also have some writing goals you would like to accomplish. Set yourself some deadlines and let's get to it. You need to finish the NaNoWriMo stories that are unfinished and edit the one that is finished. I want to see you get some more Bible Studies written too. Who knows? Maybe you can publish a devotional type of book with them one day. You can also get your own Contest and fundraiser started this year. In the meantime, make time every day for your writing. It is an important part of you.

Here are my suggestions for some measurable goals for you to work on. Overall, I think you can accomplish all of this just by forming good habits to help you accomplish your goals.

First, Form healthier habits for skin care routine and personal hygiene. Do this by the end of March.

Second, keep a diet journal to record intake and any struggles or other thoughts and records you may have. Get this started and pay attention to certain trends and things that you can make improvements on by the end of June.

Third, get into the habit of daily exercise. By the end of June, you should have a fairly good exercise routine worked out for yourself.

Fourth, it is time to get the Prayer journal worked out and the finished book edited by the end of April. Work on your other stories until October when you will begin working on a new story. I would spend at least an hour a day writing. Have the Writing contest and fundraiser running by March.

You also need to work on setting up daily, weekly, and monthly goals for your Tupperware business. The business will work when you do. You know what you have to do. You should also have these goals set up and working on them by the end of June too.

Marvilla, I love you. You are a good person. You deserve to have goals and to reach them. I believe in you. Don't give up on your dreams!

Sincerely,

Marvilla
