Tranquillity, a state of perfect peace,
Where worries vanish with the slightest breeze,
A gentle stillness, calmness without cease,
A haven where the soul is truly at ease.

In this serene abode, a quiet mind
Can soar beyond the reaches of the world,
Leave cares & troubles far, far behind
And bask in stillness as its wings unfurl.

The peaceful hush that tranquillity brings,
Can heal the heart & soothe the troubled soul.
Inviting us to pause & do some things,
To find the self, & offer its goal.

Oh tranquil state, so simple yet profound,
