They're shadowed in the background, distant from the crowd,
while the singer at the front gets all the praise.
The others stand behind her, adding tuneful harmony,
with faces muted in the spotlight's haze.

The leader's voice is pretty good, but limited in range,
so added notes from others fill the holes.
As a group they really shine, as magic fills the stage,
and lovely, lilting notes pour from their souls.
