Eight line poem
Prompt LIFE LESSONS
DON’T TAKE YOURSELF TOO SERIOUSLY


Life’s too short so everyone says.
It’s counted in months weeks and days.
There are only so many years remaining,
So enjoy every day, the number is waning.

All those worries and woes one day they won’t matter,
Cos your time on this earth will be done.
Like leaves in a wind those troubles will scatter.
So for now, please enjoy your time in the sun.
