Someone finds a mysterious reality-warping notebook that can make women pregnant

The Preg Note: A mysterious notebook with the ability to impregnate women whose names are written in it. Its origins are unknown. It can appear to anyone anywhere. Users can choose who far into a pregnancy a woman is, how many babies they have, and when they will give birth.

Rules
1. No deaths
2. No scat
3. Use proper grammar
4. Original characters only

Preg Note Rules
1. Males cannot be made pregnant
2. The Preg Note works on women from ages 18 to 80
3. Due dates cannot be set to before 8 months
4. The notebook can change reality to making everyone think that the affected women were always pregnant, including the women themselves. It can also cause baby suppliers to appear. The only one that remembers the original reality is the Preg Note user
5. Pages torn from the Preg Note can still be used
6. Pregnancies cannot be taken away. They can be modified (advancing the pregnancy further, adding more babies)
7. Female Preg Note users are able to impregnate themselves
8. Older women affected by the Preg Note gain a longer lifespan
9. Destroying the Preg Note does not undo its effects
10. Women cannot be impregnated with more than 10 babies
11. Pregnancies cannot be permanent
12. Affected women cannot die in childbirth
13. Using the Preg Note maliciously will result in the user being turned into an unborn baby in a previously unaffected woman’s womb
14. Women cannot be pregnant for over a year
