The Lycanthrope's Dizain

This is a dizain. It has ten lines and each line is exactly ten syllables. The rhyme scheme for the dizain is:

Once a month when the yellow moon is full
The shaggy hair grows out upon my face.
My teeth grow pointy sharp no longer dull.
Through the forest on all four paws I race
and run until I reach a common place--
where one can feast on hot dogs or grilled cheese
Or pizza or hamburgers if you please
And wash it down with a delicious shake
And when my meal is done, it's time to seize--
A delicious piece of chocolate cake.
