Poetry in Amphion form (described following poem) about a man and his car.
Rain is beating down outside,
upon the house,
upon my spouse.
His stubbornness can't be denied.
He stands out there
without a care.
He promised he would wash the car.
It's thick with grime,
but, still, this time
he's gone too far.

Amphion form::
         10 lines.
         Metered, tetrameter lines alternate with sets of rhymed dimeter couplets.
         Rhymed, rhyme scheme abbaccdeed
