Lost Love

Young cupid on a horse ride
Glances a mistress at a distance
He tightens his bow of pearl and jade
To pierce the heart of his magnificent

But the charming feeling just fade
As he faces the consequence
The young maiden wasn't his made
And never would she be in distance

His mind holding her portrait like an Ivory
Painted with faint colours that stare
He hovered in place of glory
Which both of them would share

Her hair tosses about gracefully
Her eyes are like those of a dove
Her posture was created perfectly
He can't believe not finding love

And so he wonders with sympathy
Hoping that one day will come
And will have all her courtesy
Comforting him through all the lonely night
