Lesson Three. The Wedding at Cana.
Jesus Changes Water Into Wine


Scripture: John 2:1-11

God’s Attribute: All-powerful. Jesus Is more powerful than anyone or anything.

Main Truth: Jesus can change anything.

Story: Hold up Bible. This is the Bible. The Bible is God’s true Word. Sing the Bible is a Treasure Book. The Bible tells us about God and Jesus.

*AsteriskB* Have any of you ever been to a party? One day, Jesus and His friends went to a big party.

*AsteriskB* All the people were having fun. Wave streamer, say Yay.

*AsteriskB* Everyone was eating and drinking. They were happy. Take cup, pretend to drink. Big smile, act excited.

*AsteriskB* They ran out of wine to drink. turn cup upside down

*AsteriskB* People were sad. Frown, trace a tear down face.

*AsteriskB*Jesus Is more powerful than anyone or anything.

*AsteriskB* Jesus made more wine for people to drink. Smile again, fling out hands.

*AsteriskB* Everyone was happy again.

*AsteriskB* Jesus can change anything.

Bible Verse: “He showed His glory.” John 2:11b To God Is So Good. 2x

Music: Get out instruments.

Jesus helped people by making more wine. That is because He Is good. Let’s sing about how God Is so good. God Is So Good. Verse two “Jesus can do anything.” Verse three Glory Hallelujah.

A blessing is a gift from God. The wine Jesus made is a blessing. Praise God From Whom All Blessings Flow.

Because God and Jesus are Good, we praise them. Praise Him, Praise Him.

We must always trust and obey our good God. Trust and Obey with motions.
