Destination

The wind blows, as the leaf falls,
From its home, to the lands below.
Hopes and dreams, of soft meadow greens,
To reach the destination of it’s predetermination.
Eagerly waiting, and wondering if “I’ll make it”,
Uncertain, of where the howling wind is going to take it.
