In the Beginning

In the beginning was a thought

Then a whisper twisted and wove

Writhing Buckling and squirming

Contradicting illusions

A question was asked by nobody

it turned into an argument

A scream rang out from the utter darkness

And a poem was written

by nobody

Which carried on forever

For there was nothing to stop it

A scream beyond belief

And no one heard it

For nobody existed

A brilliant shining light joined in

The song of thought did chant

And the chorus became rage

And the light intensified

And the radiated the all and the every

And the light joined the screams

The howling and baying

Yelping barking and yowling

Rage and anger became entwined

And gave birth to fire

And the fire was ablaze forever

And the heat did sweat and sweat became the waters

Heating the oceans and rivers

The steam pressured and the flywheel spun round and round

Contradicting itself with every thought

Which channelled the electrons jumping from negative to positive

Along the twisting sparking wires of decision

And the taps did turn and the water did flow

Through the pipes of wax and of honey

A tiny egg came from the pipes of Kintyre

And out hatched Mangu

And Mangu did fly out across the universe

And laid eggs everywhere she went

For a time and then times of times

The eggs hatched and out birthed the stars and the Planets

The moons and asteroids

Then the Nine Quarmz became, with gifts and powers of healing

Love Warmth and Kindness they were

First came The Ruby

Emperor of Truth, Music Wisdom and knowledge, logic and Reason.

Second: Amber: The Queen of Eternity and the keeper of the time

She clicked the switch and time began. The clocks did tick and clocks did tok

Third: Sunela: The Lord of speech blew languages out from his mouth and they wound their ways throughout each Galaxy and rested on the beings of every planet

The Fourth: Beryl: birthed Physics and the Engine

The fifth, Sapphire: Smelting and Casting and Mathematics

The Sixth: Bixbite: the Great Mechanical Chemist and her twin sister Cabochon: The Electrical Astronomer

Eighth : Brownstone: Zebux was born to care for the animals and talk with them

Ninth: Pinurple: Creator of Music and Disco

The Nine began fixing and repairing

Piping and pumping

Ticking and tocking

Calculating

Measuring

Oiling greasing and bathing the dark matter with love and love filled the Universe
