End of Summer for Writer's Cramp
End of Summer

18 lines

At the end of the summer
Drew to an end
Sam Adams and his friends.

Went to the Alameda County Fair
And spend the day
riding the roller coaster.

Then they went drinking
Finding themselves
At dark hundred.

At Inspiration Point
In the Berkeley Hills
Overlooking the Bay.

And began to chant
at the super blue blood moon
Soon braying like escaped banshees.

Newly freed werewolves
Howling at the moon
At the lunatic light of the full moon.

Aug 15 is "Chant at the Moon Day" and Aug 16 is "Roller Coaster Day." Incorporate both chantings at the moon and riding a roller coaster in your STORY or POEM. Title your static item "End of Summer."
