The lion and the three oxen
In the African savannah lived three oxen who were very good friends.
They were always together, whether they were playing, grazing or sleeping.
One day, a lion approached them while they were grazing, and licked his lips, roaring:
-What a good bite!
The three oxen are raised, while one of them said:
-Don't separate! Point your horns at the lion!
The lion was not able to take a single step towards the oxen, threatened by the sharp horns. He circled around them many times, waiting for a moment of discovery to attack them, but eventually grew tired and left. The oxen were relieved, and said:
-If we unite to defend ourselves, we don't have to fear even a lion.
The lion was very upset.
"I wonder if there will be some way to defeat them," he said to himself.
The lion thought for a long time and finally realized what had happened:
Now I understand! The oxen have worked as a team, and that's why he couldn't beat them. I will separate them first, and then I will eat them one by one.
The lion then returned to the savannah.

Approaching the red ox, he said in a low voice:
-Red ox, I can not compete with you. I will never bother you again. By the way, which one of you is the strongest?
"The three of us are equally strong," answered the red ox.

said the lion.

-The black ox told me: "I am the strongest of the group. If it hadn't been for me, surely you would have eaten the others a long time ago"
-Que? How could he say such a thing! exclaimed the red ox very angry.
After tricking the red ox, the lion approached the black ox, saying:
-Black ox, the red ox has told me: "It is useless to attack me, since I am the strongest. If you want to eat one of us, you should try it with the black ox, which is the weakest".
The black ox was very angry, and said to the lion:
-How could you say something so terrible, when I have defended you all this time! He is ungrateful!
After tricking the black ox, the lion turned to the brown one, and said:
-Brown ox, did you hear that? The black ox boasts that he has defended you two. He also claims that you are a coward and that you are useless.
Hearing this, the brown ox flew into a rage. The lion was very happy for having tricked the three oxen.
On the savannah, the oxen began to argue.
First the black ox shouted:
-Let's fight to see who among you is the strongest.
Then the red ox said:
-I won't give up!
Enraged, the brown ox also shouted:
-I am the strongest!
Finally, the three began to charge each other with their horns.
Rushing into each other, they soon wounded each other and became very weak. Finally, the three oxen, who had been such good friends, parted saying:
I don't want anything with you anymore.
The lion jumped for joy. So he was able to attack the weakened oxen one by one, killing them and eating one each day.
In this story you can see how the morale of each of the vultures leaves and they are blinded by the lack of their communication, and for this reason it is seen as a reflection that we should never be influenced by third parties and be used in order to lose our position.
