God's Sunbeams

From the sky in bullets of white, the rays beam down on me
Winter's gone and sunshine comes for everyone to see.

The flowers rise from their divine inner clock
Making life pretty as time tick tocks.

Join me here in this vast warm air
We'll dance and sing without a care.

It is time to live and time to love everything once again
The brightest light, the brightest day frees me from my pain.

God be with me here and now
He lights the path to show me how.

In each ray of warm sunbeam
I grow and shine and gleam.

It is in God's hands that he gave this earth
A globe of sunbeams to welcome rebirth.
