Keeping Quiet means being more mindful. Perhaps the earth can teach us to live in unity in a safe healing way. Despite recent
actions leading to a global pandemic, it is important to be mindful of the actions that are current taking place. Learning to practice social distancing has brought new experiences to my life and has made me more aware of personal boundaries.
Before the Covid 19 Pandemic I regularily practiced meditation which taught me to keep my mind quiet among the distractions of the world.
