It crumbles every time
My paper house comes tumbling down
Now just a pile on the ground
The smoke, it billows
The dust, it settles
And it's now I look around

Were there something more to build it from
I would have reinforced the walls with all my love
But I've got no choice
No one heard my voice
Wishes aren't what strong houses are made of

I shall build it again for it's all that I know
Though emptiness fills it where love should go
The foundation is cracked
My plans are off track
And down each hall you can hear my call echo
