My word
I've always been a man of my word,
That's where my honor lies,
Time and space have proven
My word to be true
As much as the deed

I have absolutely no idea
Why people don't trust
I have absolutely no worries
Why they have doubt in my abilities

Maybe they have trust issues,
With themselves,
But I know, my faith
I know I've always done as
I gave my word...

Trust or not,
I mean what I say,
I'd do so as I say
Truth be told,
I don't really care

Because I'm giving up on people,
With disbelief in a word of truth

My truth is my word, and I live
In the honor of my word

Therefore my word is my word, if I have given that to you, hold on because it's my word.
