A Man's journey to becoming a Witch.
"hm?" I said, staring at the screen of my laptop, finishing my research.
"What is it hun? something wrong?" my girlfriend said as she looked around the corner to check in me.
"Yeah, I'm fine Hearth," I said in a raspy voice as my cold had taken it's evident tole on me,"Just finished looking into this Wicca stuff that you practice."
"Oh? And what've you found?" She said, acting as if she was being sly about her condescending tone, which she wasn't.
"It sounds like bullshit to me, but, I suppose I'll try it if makes you happy." I said this, but I knew nothing was going to happen. Nothing ever happens. A god never answered my pleads for help when I needed it most. And from I remember, god delivers when the time is right. Yet that one never delivered after years of prayer. So why in the hell would a poem, some fancy candles, and some hippy bullshit do anything different. But, hey, who knows? Maybe I'm wrong.
"Jaed, you ok? You seem to be out of it." She said with genuine concern.
"I'm fine," I said," just some of that stuff again." She comforted me and told me to forget about it. We soon went to her Sacrifice Room, as I like to call it atleast, and she began to set up the candles.
