Step 4 keeps getting fired at him, he tries his hardest not to react.

‘Are you so fucking sinless?’ he asks, ‘none of your business’ he fires back.

It’s great to have this solid defence, against the very first drink.

It’s great to have the clarity, and the sobriety to think.

He’s done the crime and he’s done the time, let him move on with his life.

You’ve enough business of your own, without causing others strife!

So follow your God, and do his will, never mind what’s not your own.

Do as Christ preached and show your love, and neither condemn, nor condone.
