She gave him what she hoped was reassuring smile, and Jake slowly stepped onto her hand and sat down. Amanda wrapped a towel around herself, and another one around Jenna and they went back into the bedroom, where she put Jake back in his cage. She was confident that he wouldn't try to escape, so she left the side door open. He couldn't really go anywhere anyway. Amanda and Jenna both dried themselves off and then began to ready, getting dressed and packing an overnight bag. Amanda used her powers to create a square box that was large enough for Jake to both stand up and lie down in comfortably, and once he'd climbed and the door closed, she put it in a pocket in her bag. Finally, Jenna sent the cage containing her mom, dad, Carl and Billy, and Amanda's last remaining shrunken man to the back seat of Amanda's car. They both felt as sense of excitement, and a little nervous as they headed downstairs and out of the house. Jenna put their bags on the back seat, next to the cage and smiled at the five captives as they looked at her. They tried to hide it by hurling abuse at her, but she could tell by their expressions on her family's faces that they knew their time was almost up. They were petrified, and it made Jenna feel good. She closed the door and then got into the front passenger seat, closing the door as she did so. As Amanda drove off the driveway, Jenna turned around looked into the cage once more. She had the urge to taunt them again, but resisted it. Instead, she turned back around and turned on the stereo as they headed toward Jenny's house.
