My first poem embracing my father's culture.
Ireland

Rolling fields of green
Stretch through the horizon
While ancient castles loom
Guarding the cultures of old.

Your coastline cliffs carved by waves
Protecting your land from enemies
Legends and customs galore
Leaving to wonder what’s in store.

Leaping leprechauns and pots of gold
Rainbows stretch across the sky
Stories of kissing the Blarney Stone
And snakes chased from lands forever.

May the luck of the Irish follow you
And give you riches untold
Memories to carry through life
And a love to last forever.
