The canyons bottom, foliage has grown.
I walked the trail in search of rushing noise.
Had found the place where minerals are thrown.
The Water ran about, crashed where I poised
In gravel round and smooth I found turquoise.
I climbed and jumped with shoes much needed grip,
and found that special place; sat down made choice.
I pulled out stylus then wrote with its tip,
There's water under legs, I took a dip,
and it was so refreshing, clean and pure.
The jets of water splash up side of hip.
For dehydration liquid was the cure.
The memories of beauty shared I see.
Place where I sat had way to humble me.
