The trust of his master
Grubbles

Grubbles was the coolest dog in Northway, not only did he wear sunglasses and a baseball cap , he rode a mean skateboard.

Grubbles' master, Jeff, was very fond of him until he bit Mr. Kosta on the ankle.

Mr. Kosta is Jeff''s neighbor, he is a friendly old fellow when he is outside working in his yard, Jeff and Grubbles would come past his house and stop to say hi. He would always pet Grubbles.

That day, Grubbles and Jeff were going for a walk, they went past Mr. Kosta's house, he was out in his yard. He waved to Jeff and Jeff waved back. Grubbles was acting a little funny that day. As Mr. Kosta reached down to pet Grubbles, he bit him on the ankle. Mr. Kosta jumped back out of the way and gave Jeff a strange look.

"Grubbles you stupid dog," Jeff yelled. “ Look what you have done! You're a bad Boy! I'm taking your sunglasses, your baseball cap, and your skateboard away forever." Jeff shouted.

Grubbles put his tail between his legs and hid his face in shame.

Jeff apologized to Mr. Kosta, saying, “I Don't know what got into him, he's never done anything like this before.”

Mr. Kosta was very forgiving. He did tell Jeff that Grubbles lost his title as the coolest dog in town and more than that his trust.

Jeff felt terrible and agreed with Mr. Kosta, Grubbles lost the trust of his master also.
