Why do I love Fall?
The world is changing. It's green colors, turning red.

The air changing from warm to cold. Apples falling from trees.

"Why do I love Fall?" Hunter thought. At 43 years old, Hunter has always loved Fall.

"What are you thinking about?"

Hunter turned to his best friend and said, "I'm just think about how much I love Fall."

Hunter and his friend are walking thought the forest. Their home just sits on the only side of the 6 foot fence.

His friend smiled. "It was Fall when we ran into one another."

Hunter laughed and said, "Literally."

"Yep!!"

They both laughed. Hunter turned back to the tree's.

"Hey John." Hunter said.

"Yeah?" John asked. John is the same age as Hunter.

Hunter looked at him and asked, "What do you love about Fall?"

John didn't know what to say. He stood still thinking about the answer.

Just then the wind blow, tree's danced and the leaves fell so slowly to the Earth, as if the world wasn't ready for them just yet.

John smiled, "What's not to love."

Hunter give him the curious puppy look. "Do you care to explain?"

"I love the crisp temperatures. The red and golden trees." John said.

"What about apple cider? And pumpkin spice?" Hunter asked.

John chuckled and said, "Yep."

Hunter smiled. They stood quiet for a few moments. But then John broke the silence and said, "But the great part about Fall is the
crunch of leaves underfoot
as you run through the forest."

"That sounds nice." Hunter said. "We should head back home."

"You're right, lets go." John agreed.

They turned and started home, when again John spoke, "But you know what the best part of Fall is?"

Hunter looked at him and said, "No, what is it?"

"The fact that I met you." John smiled. Hunter smiled.

"Race you home." John said. They took off at a dead run.

"This is why I love Fall. I never want to forget this." Hunter thought.
