Preparing
Daring
Shouting
Kill me
Or be killed
By me
This is no game
This is war
This is
You or me
Someone
Is gonna die
Maybe it’s my time
Maybe it’s yours
I’m not afraid
Never have I been
Life means nothing
Living means less
I will kill
Without regret
I will murder
To make a point
A slug to the chest
Either way
Will stop all of this
If I’m alive
When the smoke clears
Then you’ll be dead
I’ll be arrested
Imprisoned
Sent far away
For the long haul
Locked in a cage
With people
Equally as screwed
I’ll probably
Be given death
A needle to the arm
A thousand volts
Through my frame
All of it
A means to an end
Today
You or I
Are gonna die
Very different deaths
A slug to the chest
Will be instant
The other way
Will take time
Which one of us
Will have plenty of
What started as a fight
Has quickly escalated
Into a position
Of one or the other
I’m not afraid
Never have I been
I’ve always known
That my life
Was meant to be this
Kill or be killed
Murder and or
Be murdered
All of it matters not
Do you have the ability
Can you say that
Is such a level
Of callousness
In your heart
In your very soul
Does it saturate your bones
Infecting all that you know
And all that you could love
Are you like me
Or do you have something
Someone to live for
If that is your case
Then I suggest that you
Walk the hell away
Leave this place
And this way in which
You now find yourself
Our paths have crossed
Our fates have mixed
The water is red with blood
And I fear
That I am all predator
A slug to the chest
I’ll let you decide
But you’d better be quick…
