-An Ocean Of Flowers In Bloom- by Keaton Foster Surreal Does it feel Truth So astute But a few See it But a few Embrace it It’s there Precise And clear Day Or night Light Or darkness In remains Unchanged It A sea Set in Beautiful relief Out of reach But not Out of sight The waves Stoic and true The colors Depths of blue Deeper Than any known An ocean of flowers In bloom A few hundred miles Inland At the base Of two mountains One Is called faith The other Is called reason Between In a valley Perfectly laid Onward Endless Does it seem I stand here Truer the man And forward The flow goes Far beyond My line of sight Way past Unrestricted view Out there Into the ether Of perception Out there Beyond all So very near An ocean of flowers In bloom Painted by A master Created by All thereafter Set to colors Vibrant and alive Shapes fashioned Not in specifics But rather As symbolism Meant to be Embraced By the mind Of anyone And everyone Meant to see True is As truth was Faith is As its been All of it The same Yet much Has changed I feel new Relieved Free I can see What most can’t Or should it be Are prepared to I am well aware Of the beauty Out there In endless fields Between Perilous hills Made mountains Out there Between ideas Turned into Solid foundations Onward and forever All that is goes I can see it Thus I now Believe in it… An Ocean Of Flowers In Bloom Written by Keaton Foster Copyright © 2015. |
