Dear Younger Self,
Today I am going to tell you a bitter truth. Darling, this world is not a safe place. You will find people who will sugar coat everything and exploit you in the best way possible. Never trust someone blindly. I know you are too young to realize this, but baby stay safe. That neighbourhood guy, your cousin brother, that tenant, and that old man will ruin your childhood. Your body will undergo a lot of changes at a very young age, tell your mother to notice this. Tell her to be your friend first. Tell her to realise the hidden meaning, when you will say that you can stay at home alone but don’t want to stay at neighbour's place. Unlike me, you go out and play and live your childhood. This is just the beginning, girl. Later in your life, you will see people you trusted madly, taking advantage of you. Your own friends won’t support you in the time when you needed them the most. And you will cry alone. Then, you will trust someone again, he will bring light in your dark life. But don’t you dare to give your all to him because for him you will just a toy to fulfil his sexual desire. Your first love, will transform you into an insensitive person.you will start having relationship problems.You will start making out with random guys, sometimes that making out will be forced on you. All these catastrophes, will steal your soul, and will turn you into a person you later regret. People will start judging you, they will call you slut. You will start hating yourself. But as you are a strong girl, you will face all this alone. You will never show your tormented wound to anyone, you will smile and make others smile.And this is perhaps the worst feeling to stay strong, even if your entire universe is crumbling down. Then you will meet someone, you will spend 6 months with him But that person won't fall for you as he was already stuck in his own past relationship. You will try hard, but alas you will fail terribly. He won't give you love that you longed for, since childhood. But as you are a strong lady, you will gather your broken pieces and move on in search of your unfound love. While walking alone in the path of love, you will find someone who will change your life forever. You will tell him everything you have been through and when you look at him, you will see a tear rolling down from his eyes.He will hold your hand and hug you tight. He will give you everything you desire.You know, that time you will feel lucky, not because he was perfect but because your combined flaws were arranged in a way that allowed two separate beings to hinge together. He will make every effort, to keep you happy. There will be the time when you will go crazy, but he will hold you that time. He will make you look beautiful, he will make you a better person.You will grow with him. And as the year passes, you love will grow stronger.

Don’t let anyone ruin your childhood. Always be yourself. The only shame is to have shame.
