Some forms of pollution consist of air pollution, water pollution, and land pollution. For every category of pollution, there is an interminable quantity of causes.

Air pollution is unique category of pollution that transpires when hazardous vapors are released into the air we inhale. The origins of air pollution are countless, but they incline to be comprised of automobiles, factories, and electrical company’s. Automobiles release a harmful gas entitled carbon monoxide that poisons the atmosphere. Factories and electrical company’s release a comparable gas identified as carbon dioxide which is emanated from the burning of fossil fuels.

Water pollution is yet another injurious category of pollution. Water pollution is when treacherous substances are released into bodies of water such as the ocean, lakes, and rivers. The focal offender in this category of pollution is industrial company’s. These corporation’s inject many tons of toxic ,unwanted sludge and waste from factories into the oceans. This is because it is cheaper to pump all the sludge into the oceans rather than remunerate for it to be removed safely. These toxic chemicals have caused over one hundred thousand marine species to expire. Water pollution is indeed a very hefty problem.

Finally, land pollution is another form of pollution. It is caused when dangerous items are released into the environment on land. This includes trash, chemicals, and other items. Some causes of land pollution include landfills, and littering. When people can not discover a abode to dispose of an item, they tend to throw it away anywhere. Usually this trash ends up in animal habitats and injures animals and causes trouble. Landfills are another cause of land pollution. Landfills are places where trash is placed into the ground and allowed to degrade. Some items in landfills don’t degrade. Instead they seep into the ground and react with the soil to cause dangerous effects n animals and humans. Land pollution is a truly troubling occurrence.
