Difficult days you walk in my body,
hand in hand, so close when I am in need.
I find myself channeling your ideas,
so easy to laugh, feeling free.

The joy of love; rose petal tender,
we rise to fulfill our dreams.
I adore flirtatious looks,
secret smiles, I know what you mean.

From the first, loving you has been easy,
should I fall, you reach out, catch me.
We find love in nature's playground,
drifting downstream, to seek open sea.

Mornings: we brew delicious love.
Strong fresh coffee, croissants, shared dreams;
swap favorite sections of the paper,
cats snooze, talk of our future consumes me.

A calm loving wind sings between us,
joy in our search to be one yet free.
Each brings unique gifts to our circle.
