Remind me

      I write once to remind me,
    And once to forget,

          All the love,
          All the hate,
          All the fear,
          All the pain...

  Of the then,
    The now and here,

  All the once,
  All the theres,

    Of all the hopes,
  The dreams,
  The tears,

    All the failures...

And the failures...

    And the next mistake,
    And the few good choices,
        That somehow,
      I might make,

    Of the chances,
      And the gambles,
 
        That i may give,
      Or take,

      All the truths,
      All the lies,

      Of the real me,
        And the fake,

      Of the kitten,
      Of the snake,

          And i write,
        Once again,
          To remind me of my fate....

        So i'll always know,
      My life, is what i make.
