Dreams are interesting things. They are also interesting places. They can even be interesting people, if you give them a chance. A dream can be anything. It can be a friend, a fun time, a place of total freedom. It can also be a nightmare. It can be an enemy, a time of terror, a place where you are never safe.
Dreams and nightmares are nothing more or less than what we are able to make them. If you let your imagination free, it can show you the most wonderful and terrible things, and your imagination is never more free than when you’re asleep.
When you sleep, your dreams take you to places you could never go before. The World of Dreams is a place where anything can happen. It goes on for infinity, never ending and always changing. Your dream can take you as far into that world as you want to go, but it will always guide you back to your own world when the dream ends.
The World of Dreams isn’t a place one should ever stay in for too long. It’s a dream’s job to only let their dreamer stay a little while, then take them back home. Even a nightmare knows that rule, and they don’t break it either.
If, however, a dreamer was allowed to stay in that world for too long, very bad things could happen…
