Old poem, Love |
Do you know you mean everything to me? You're the thousands of butterflies in my stomach Tenderly scratching away to be let free My comforting shoulder to cry on A tender touch to rely on Did you know I look up to you? I adore your sweeping angelic grace Everything about you screams taboo Yet I can't help but to feel the touch of your skin You're starting to mess and stir with things within Do you know that you're my guardian sent from above? You are my sturdy pillar to fall back on With the strength and purity of a dove Your sweet sugar coated words Are just like the songs of love sick birds Did you know you're my world my everything? Your more then just that fling Take me with you take me under your wing If you didn't already know I love you And I wish you loved me too. |
