Today is oct 1 2014 my name is lakeisha and i am starting my 90 lbs weight lost goal. It is 11:26pm in the morning when i wake up im going to take a 30 min walk,30 sec run, 50 squats when i wake up, 50 squats before bed, 20 set ups when i wake up , 20 set ups before i go to bed and giving up on bread till my goal is met. Ive downloaded a bunch of meal calculators on my phone and walking meter. And Making a monthly exercising chart and the only way i can mark a X is if i do everything on the list. Tune in tomorrow to see if i complete my morning exercise. :) (ill post daily) about me im 22, 5ft 3in i weight 225 lbs. :(
