A -- Refrain (1) B -- Refrain (2) Description design by Mandy CsA Notes for reviewers: The so hum is a primary meditation comprised of four basic questions: 1. Who am I - universally? 2. What do I want - on small and large areas of life? *3. What is my purpose? (how can I help others? how can I help myself?) *4. What am I grateful for? The first two questions inspire patience, as they are left to steep. (Definition: to soften, cleanse, or extract some constituent.) The Second two are the more powerful, immediate areas on which to focus. The entire poem is a metaphor for the second level of primary meditative prayer. . |
