All So Clear

Master
Of verse
Savage
Of words
Killing it
Burying it
Leaving victims
Deceased
Proclamations
Of verbal speech
I’m telling you
Like it is
There is
Nor will I
Ever do less
All that you see
It is parts of me
An increment
Of a sum
Far greater
Than its container
Explosive
Via the pressure
Forcefully encased
Nothing of this
Can I waste
All of it
Part of me
I don’t fit in
Not anywhere
Not anytime
I am alone
Even if
I’m in a room
Packed full of people
I am nothing
To everyone
But of course myself
All so clear
Precise
Without question
Despite of
In opposition to
Either way
Serves the end
Defines purpose
I won’t ever stop
Nor will I ever end
Words are legends
Poets are a dime a dozen
It will take eons
For these words
To sink on in
Through the screen
Filtered and relived
None of the stains
Of who I am
Will eventually remain
But what will
What must
Will be the essence
Of what was said
And how I expressed
What so few
Could ever accept
While I was alive
All so clear
There is no line
No rhyme
No flow
Or ending
That I don’t know
There is nothing
That I write
That has not been penned
A million and one times
Inside this relentless head
My mind
Wicked and wild
Working overtime
I see each poem
Like a perfect picture
I know what is to be said
I understand
What will be meant
As simple
As it should be complex
It’s easy for me
That being said
I’m a social misfit
Those who I meet
Often ask me
Why are you so mad
What are you so sad
How come you
Just don’t move on
Put hell behind you
Find another way
To somehow survive
All that has been done
Should not define you
As it so obviously does
To them
I’m quick and sharp
My point to be made
Upon every cluttered page
Find it if you must
That is where I left it
And where I intend
For it to remain
Long after you
Long after myself
Long after us
All so clear…
