Table of Life

From the beginning the good spirit made it known,
seeds were sown,
grown,
from every plant and tree,
meat,
for man and beast,
to eat,
fruits, vegetables, and grains-
filled with forces governed by: angels, sun, wind, earth and rain,
within the soil of earths cradle,
the creator,
prepared all foods with the vitality of life's nature,
and welcomes every soul to paradises table,
because if you consume flesh,
you consume death,
the sources,
of tortures,
and pains,
forced on the slain,
course in your veins,
and your lust for blood,
will be judged,
as long as your hands remain,
bloodstained-
how can the spirit of life grant blessings over a meal,
where a precious life must be taken and killed,
so do not substitute,
paradises fruit,
the food the good spirit gives you
lives in you,
heals you,
with vitamins and minerals,
life for your organs and tissues,
so angels can serve and minister to you,
but when you devour the innocent,
and remove vital essentials,
these foods become dead in you,
and begin killing you,
and your angels minister against you,
depart and no longer exist with you,
you then invite devils to sit with you,
because these were not intended foods for your souls,
by which the health of your body remains whole,
so chose only two or three kinds of food for your daily need,
anything more is greed,
and always eat at the table of paradise,
it gives life,
and on the sabbath may our mouths be still,
so our spirits are filled,
with bread from heaven death could not kill.
