He Never Should Have Told Me He never should have told me I wasn’t smart enough That made me even more determined to be extremely rough A master craftsman I never claimed to be But no one tells me no, so just you wait and see So there I was with my tools in my hands Definitely decided on a perfect, infallible plan I stood back and gazed at the awaiting task Knowing full well I was being a complete jackass That didn’t stop me, no not at all I figured in no time the big job would be small I looked at the clock and 2 hours had passed I knew he would come back to check and laugh So stuff started flying in several directions Landing only occasionally in the correct position Working was I as a dysfunctional wacky Then I realized the stuff was making me kooky Fumes were consuming me and making me dizzy I fell on my fanny and became stuck in a wizzy He came to the door and began laughing hysterically With camera in hand taking pictures for posterity Stubborn you are and stubborn you will be Until you completely apologize to me You will remain exactly where you are On our freshly stripped and vanished floor 25 lines Yellow Rose |
