When an innocent date turns into a wrong turn.
It was their very first date. She was ecstatic, nervous, and her stomach was full of butterflies. She didn't know how his uptight Christian parents would react to her dark apparel. It was 8:00pm when he arrived. She hurried out the door with a huge smile on her face and leaped into his extremely nice car. He sped off so fast that she barely could close the door. “HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIND?” she shouted. “Babe, I thought you liked it when I went fast?” he slurred. She knew something wasn't right by the tone of his voice. She stared at him with beady eyes, “have you been drinking?” she shouted. “Of course not, okay maybe just a few, but I was nervous!” he stuttered. “Do you want me to take the wheel?” she said, “No, babe I’m okay.” They finally arrived at his parent’s house. She was more nervous than ever now considering he had one drink too many. Their parents greeted them at the door as they both stumbled in. “Would you stay for dinner?” his parents suggested. “Of course,” she sighed. They sat down at the table, and she took several swallows of her drink they had brought her. As she swallowed, it felt like fire. The drink itself tasted strong and unusual. About fifteen minutes later she found herself unable to comprehend just about everything. Just as they finished saying grace after the long talk they had, she felt an eruption in her stomach. “Where’s the bathroom?” she slurred. “Down the hall, to the left dear,” they said. As she tried to get up, she found herself stumbling. Luckily, nobody was paying her attention because she was a complete mess. She tried her best to keep her balance. She had no idea what was going on or what was happening to her. She eventually made it to the bathroom, ramming into the door. Her boyfriend heard the loud noise. “Babe you okay?” he slurred. “Yea I think so,” she giggled. By this time his buzz was long gone and he was up on his feet and steady. He ran back to the bathroom and grabbed her. “What have they done to you..” he said shockingly, as she hugged the toilet and poured all of the contents in her stomach out. He held her hair as she finished. “I’ll be right back,” he said. He ran into the dining room and took a sip of her drink. The taste was too familiar. “MOTHER, FATHER, WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!” he shouted. “We didn't do anything,’ they chuckled. “MY GIRLFRIEND IS COMPLETELY WASTED!” he cried. “There’s a first time for everything child,” they laughed.
