The fear of what is to come.
         Something is coming. It lives in the deep. It thrives in the dark. Something's coming. It was laid under the skin-hatched in the pit. It's here. Devouring, slicing, grinding, biting, ripping, tearing. It's at the door. Staring, and looking, and watching... waiting. It's in the house, slithering and crawling and dragging. It's at your door. Sniffing... peering... drooling. It sees you. On the floor, in your bed. Now you're in it.
