The Secret Box "CREEK"gosh its dirty up here. " Hurry up Meadow why are we even up here?" i rolled my eyes at this question. " grandma wants the boxes for the Christmas tree before the little monsters wake up." i snorted. she dusted of her pants murmering under her breath "great". we start looking for the boxes when a golden one appears." woah hey kim get over here look at this one you wanna open it?" kim glares at me giving me the answer with her eyes . i rolled my eyes picking up a crowbar and tugging on the box prying it open. a small click warms my ears as i look down into the box smiling. a beautiful little glass bottle inside. i pick it up admiring the designs when the bluish fog inside came into view . i start to tug it off when the bottle gets smacked out of my hand. i glare at kim which is returned ."you dont know whats in there that could be poisonous for all we know" with a shrug of my shoulders i pick it of and tug the lid and open it. " i told you it wasnt poisonous why would my Grand-" umph the fog travels through my nose throughout my whole body and it goes numb." kim is staring at me with wide eyes "OH MY GOD Meadow are you ok" kim yells in my ear."i'm just going to fall asleep i'll see you". and sleepiness takes me over. my back hurts.i open my eyes to see my grandma and kim over me." hey grandma what's up?'" i stutter out she looks at me with a 'unamused face' on i gulp staring at her. "i didnt want to tell you this but one i'm a witch and now you have powers you will have to learn how to control them and many people will want you, i have kept that potion hidden for 15 years without it being harmed for bad people would love to use the power for evil but in the right hands you can rid the proton from your body." me and kim stare at her blankly."WHAT?!" me and kim yelp. " your emotions will also be heightened um but for now i want you to rest." i run out the room and into the bathroom and let it all out. what has my life come to? |
