Felt as slight as the touch
of snow against my toes
as I walk through the night
Or the fall of the rain
Against my eyes as I step outside
Felt
Like the beat of my heart
Within my ears as I stop
From a run into your
Embrace
Feel soft, loved, dear
Ever so slightly
Fleetingly near
As light against a shadow
In your embrace.
