The agony and pain of our Lord Jesus...
Our cold Hearts with sin we harden,
To set us free, obtain pardon,
It all began in the garden.

Betrayed with a kiss, the soldiers rush in and tie His hands,
For no crime done, In front of Pilate, He quietly stands,
And accepts death on the cross, to fulfill His Father’s plans.

Not a thief, still scourged and hit,
A crown of thorns they now knit,
And on His head they plant it.

Arms stretched open wide,
Nails so deep inside,
Blood on every side.

They roll on the dice,
Jesus pays the price,
His death will suffice.
