The Beginning Of All Future Problems

Even to this day I can’t remember what day this event actually happened! It’s still so vivid in my mind. I can’t bear myself to forget this because it shapes who I am and I never want the real me to change. So here is what I need to help remind myself when I get older and my memory changes or fades.
It was early in the morning; Nathan and I were at school early today. He forgot that it was a collaborative day so we left the house in a hurry. We got to school about 30 minutes early so he decided to get some of his friends to meet him and then we would go drive away and smoke. He got Jake, Hefty, and a girl who I believe was Chambray she was dating Hefty at that time. My brother left the parking lot and we left to go to the park. We got Nathan’s pipe and we smoked a bowl. We went back to school and that was the end of that. This was an A day because I saw him during second in Orchestra.
I was begging him to take me to hang out with him at lunch he said he would if he didn’t have a full car. But by the end of third he had told me that he already had a full car and wouldn't take me. I went to the corner to meet Alayna and Jordyn to go smoke. When we met Dustin ( I had only talked to him one other time) in the corner and we all decided to go smoke together I was mainly just talking to Dustin. Dustin was wearing his black shorts with the jeigamister duct tape sticker on it with the smiley face. His jegimister sunglasses, key chain, and his dark blue sandals. When we got to the brick wall he jumped up onto it but his shoe was half of it and he slid down and fell. We all started laughing and then we went and climbed the hill.
We were hanging out and lunch we had 20 minutes left of lunch when I got a phone call. I was walking next to Dustin with Alayna and Jordyn in the big circle. I answered it and Hefty was on the other line. He told me that my brother had been arrested. Jake and him were on their way over there and when they were almost there they saw every one who was with him sitting on the curb with my brother in hand cuffs and left. In disbelief I told him to meet me. He told me that he was almost at the corner. So I got Dustin and we hurried down the hill.
I met jake and Hefty in the corner they were sitting by each other on the window seal. Hefty was all laugh and jokes he told me that my brother was caught by the police in the normal smoking spot that we went to in the morning. Makayla was standing there but then Hefty refused to talk until she went away. He told me all about how he was going to his house first then to meet up with him. At first I couldn’t believe it and then I was trying to hard not to cry.
I walked over to the nearest open spot on the wall crawled in a ball and still trying hard not to cry I looked back at hefty and him and jake were watching me. Dustin got up on there and laid down with his head touching me looking up at me. I couldn’t keep it in any longer and i hid my face and cried, Jake came over and hugged me when I was still in my ball and I just kept crying. Alayna kissed my forehead and was messing with my hair trying to make me feel better.
She told me that Mikey was there. So I looked up and he hugged me. I started crying harder and hid my face again. Mikey sat next to me and put his arm around me and was saying stuff like It’s ok. Everything is going to be ok. Class was ending soon so I called my mom so I could get out of class to cry all I wanted with Dustin because he had that off.
I tried convincing Mikey to not go to class but he had to or he would have been kicked out so we hugged and he left. Jake came over and hugged me before he left for class. Alayna had left when Mikey did. Dustin and I got up and left because they were closing the lunch room. Outside of the lunchroom doors we saw Gage, we walked with him and I was still crying. Dustin was going to go to the nurse and I was going to go to the deans office because my mom told me to.
I made Dustin go to the nurse because he felt bad and was refusing to leave. Gage was talking about how I should cheer up because he couldn’t be seen with sad people and that made me laugh. He hugged me at the bottom of the second stairs and we went different ways.
I went to the deans but jones wasn’t there after talking to my mom I went to class. The teacher yelled at me to get a pass and I said I wasn’t coming back and started to cry. I then left and called my mom. She said go to the counseling office. I was texting Dustin and then I got in front of the office sat down and started to cry. I called my boyfriend but he was at walmart to I got off the phone and I texted Hefty and he got out of class he sat down in the hall next to me and put his arm around me and swayed a little with me. Someone walked out of the office and asked him what was wrong with me. He stood up told the lady my name and then he said that my brother got into some trouble today at lunch. Hefty helped me up, hugged me and then left to go back to class.
I was put into an empty office offered some cookies and left alone, The whole time talking to dustin over the phone, I talked to my mom on the phone and I told her what I knew and then I asked whinehold and jones if I could hang out with dustin they said no, then told me to go sit in the waiting room because I finally stopped crying.
Dustin was trying to get a way to talk to me when I was walking out of the room by saying how I left my bracelet although all he did was find it. He was able to hang out with me.
We went to the couch and I sat down and he sat down next to me really close and started talking about the bracelet. His arm was around me touching my stomach and then he was just talking about this app that he had. It was a teddy bear and he was torching it. It was pretty loud and the whole office could hear it and kept staring at us. But I was laughing. His ipod was about to die.
We got yelled at for being to close together and I almost started to cry again.
Dave came to pick me up. We hugged really hard, then I walked away to go and see him. Dustin came running up and put the smiley face duct tape on my arm hugged me again and that’s when the yelling started.
I didn’t want to leave Dustin's arms. Who would?
