Spirits are the feeling and emotional state of a person.


Anger…

Come and let me burst out

My rage upon the cause

Of my tear .



Sadness…

Come and let me express my gloom

In the darkest hour of my day.

Come fill my world

With rain

As I cry out in pain.



Recovery…

Come and let me rise again

From falling.

Come fill my day

With rainbows

That can help me see

The colors of this world.



Joy…

Come hug me tight and let me laugh

For the victory is now at hand.

Give me the right to shout

And proclaim to the world

That I am conquering

The adversities in life.
